Great Ships of 2025: R/V David Packard

AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG Transports OSBL Modules
AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG, a provider of logistics and transportation solutions, successfully completed the first stage of transporting Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) modules for the INEOS Project ONE, an initiative to build an ethane cracker at the port of Antwerp, Belgium.In September, AsstrA's Industrial Project Logistics (IPL) team delivered multiple cargos, including eight modules measuring up to 39 x 12 x 11 meters, from Bauan, Philippines, to Antwerp, Belgium, via the Cape of Good Hope.

Veson Nautical, Cargill Expand Partnership
Veson Nautical and Cargill announced the Strategic Technology Agreement, expanding their partnership to accelerate digital transformation in the maritime sector. BIO-UV Group advances towards U.S. Navy compliance for BWTS
BIO-UV Group shipped a second BIO-SEA ballast water treatment unit to the United States for trials to assess the technology’s capability for use onboard U.S. Navy vessels.An M series BIO-SEA system will undergo the same testing as the compact BIO-SEA B series unit supplied to BIO-UV Group’s U.S.-based partner, The Columbia Group (TCG). TCG was awarded a contract in 2021 to develop a ruggedized version of the BIO-SEA U.S. Coast Guard-approved UV-based Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS).
