Seatrium Limited has announced that it has entered into a binding agreement with Brazilian vessel operator, Posidonia Shipping and Trading Ltda, an unrelated third party, to sell 100% equity interest in its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Guanabara Navegação Ltda (GNL). GNL is a special purpose vehicle that owns two units of platform supply vesselsThe total consideration for the sale of GNL is $59.7 million.

30 New Alternative-Fueled Vessel Orders Placed in October 2025
According to the latest figures from DNV’s Alternative Fuels Insight (AFI) platform, 30 new orders for alternative-fueled vessels were placed in October 2025.Of these, 26 were LNG-fueled vessels, all coming from the container segment.The remaining four orders were for methanol-fueled vessels, with three of these in the tankers segment.A total of 222 orders for alternative-fueled vessels were placed in the first 10 months of 2025, just under half (52%) of orders placed in the same period in 2024.

DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce that three PLSVs (pipelay support vessels) owned through a joint venture between DOF (50%) and TechnipFMC (50%) have secured contract extensions with Petrobras in Brazil.Skandi Vitória and Skandi Niterói have had their current contracts extended from Q4-2025 until Q1-2027.
