Advancing Belt Skimmer

An advancing belt skimmer is shown port side aft of NRC Guardian. This skimmer is designed to pick up the oil product on a conveyer belt. The conveyer belt carries the oil up through a squeegee where the oil is squeezed out into a trough and removed to temporary storage.
