AlliedSignal Changes To Honeywell

With the completion of the merger between AlliedSignal, Inc. and Honeywell, Inc., on Dec. 1, 1999 - AlliedSignal is now known as Honeywell. As a result, Honeywell Performance Fibers is the new name of the company's industrial fiber and fiber technology business headquartered in Colonial Heights, Va. The company also operates sites in Longlaville, France; Seoul, Korea; and Kaiping, China.
