Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., said it has received a $1.22b order to build five liquefied-natural-gas carriers.
The deal calls for Daewoo Shipbuilding to supply four of the five carriers for Qatar Gas Transport Co. Ltd., and one for an unidentified European company, the company said in a regulatory filing.
