Horizon Awarded $80m Tug Contract

Horizon Shipbuilding recently signed an $80m contract to build up to nine 140-ft. tugboats. Horizon signed the deal last week with Florida Marine Transporters of Mandeville, La., to build 6,000-hp, crew-friendly tugboats.
