Dominion E&P Names New Offshore VP

Dominion Exploration and Production, a subsidiary of Dominion, has appointed Richard L. “Rick” Fowler vice president and general manager, Gulf of Mexico Operations. The region includes Dominion E&P’s deepwater, Continental Shelf, and southern Louisiana assets. Fowler previously was general manager of deepwater development.
