Hercules Offshore to Announce 2Q Results

Hercules Offshore, Inc. has scheduled a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2007 financial results on August 3, 2007. The call will take place at 10:00 a.m. The financial results are scheduled to be released publicly prior to market opening in the United States on that same day.
