Hyundai Low Bidder On Kuwait Oil Pier Project

South Korean Hyundai presented the lowest bid of $326.5 million in a tender for a new oil export pier in Kuwait. The Kuwait National Petroleum Co (KNPC) tender is for engineering, procurement and construction of a new oil pier and associated topside facilities at Mina al-Ahmadi refinery.
