TSAC Will Meet in March

The Towing Safety Advisory Committee (TSAC), sponsored by the U.S. Coast Guard, will meet in San Francisco on March 13-14, 2002. Items on the agenda include crew alertness, licensing implementation, fire-suppression systems and voyage planning on towing vessels, and maritime security. Source: HK Law
