TSAC Meeting

The Licensing Implementation Working Group of the Towing Safety Advisory Committee (TSAC), sponsored by the U.S. Coast Guard, will hold a teleconference on September 16 to discuss, among other things, combining inland and Western Rivers routes and the upgrade of tonnage-limited licenses. 70 Fed.
