Per obtainment of required approvals, A.P. Møller-Maersk Line has taken over the International Liner business of Sea-Land Service.
Since the purchase contract was signed in July 1999, the practical points of the acquisition have been prepared and Maersk Sealand is now available to provide customers with global coverage of all transportation needs.
