Panama Canal Goes Live with EDCS

The Panama Canal Authority issued an Advisory stating that the Electronic Data Collection System (EDCS) has gone live. All electronic forms are available. Through June 30, vessels may continue to submit certain information by non-electronic means, but priority will be given electronic submittals. Advisory 22-2004 (HK Law).
