MarAd Releases Annual Report

The Maritime Administration (MarAd) released its Annual Report for fiscal year 2005. The 68-page report addresses activities of the Ready Reserve Force (RRF), the Maritime Security Program (MSP), the Title XI program, cargo preference activities, and other MarAd programs. Source: HK Law
