Port Valdez and Valdez Narrows – Security Zones

With some minor changes, the U.S. Coast Guard is making permanent its current temporary security zones in Port Valdez and around tank vessels transiting the Valdez Narrows. The changes come into effect on February 13. Source: HK Law
