U.S. Naval Control of Shipping (NCS) exercise

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued an Advisory stating that Naval Control of Shipping (NCS) authorities are conducting an exercise in international and coastal waters of South America through October 21. Merchant ships transiting this area may be requested to provide identifying information. (HK Law)
