WHALESSOUTH Reactivated

The mandatory ship reporting system, administered by the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the US Coast Guard, for ships operating in certain waters of the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Georgia and northern Florida comes into effect again on November 15.
