The U.S. Coast Guard is preparing a letter of recommendation as to the suitability of the Sabine Pass Channel waterway for liquefied natural gas (LNG) marine traffic. Comments and related material pertaining to maritime operations, waterways management, and port security aspects of the proposal should be submitted by February 22. 70 Fed. Reg. 3218 (HK Law).
