Canada – Port Divestiture Program Extension

Transport Canada stated that the port divestiture program has been extended through March 31, 2007. The policy aims to reduce overcapacity, improve efficiency, and provide ports with the flexibility to respond to changing needs and new business development opportunities. Source: HK Law
