Status: Long Beach Marine Terminal Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued a Notice stating that it intends to prepare a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed marine terminal development at Pier S in the Port of Long Beach. 68 Fed. Reg. 53725 (September 12, 2003).
